Today, I will be sharing with you all a DIY recipe – how to make a foot mask. Winters are approaching and a lot of women face the problem of cracked heels, which make the feet look very ugly. This easy-to-make foot mask if done at least once a week will ensure that your feet remains free of cracks and you will have beautiful-looking feet. We would need only a few ingredients that are easily available in our kitchen.
Things that we need are:
1. Fuller’s Earth/Multani Mitti – 2 tbsp.
2. Chickpea Flour/Besan – 1 tbsp.
3. Turmeric Powder /Haldi– 1 tbsp.
4. Rose Water or Milk – to make a paste
How To Make:
Mix Fuller’s Earth, besan, and turmeric powder in a bowl.
Add rose water/milk to the dry mixture as required to make a thin paste. Ensure you make a slightly thin paste to form a thin coating of the mask on the feet. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. It will not only soothe the skin, but it will also ensure all the ingredients are well mixed together.
Apply it on both of your feet, concentrating on cracked heels. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes or till it completely dries out. Rinse with water and apply moisturising lotion.

This has therapeutic and great healing effects on the skin. Fuller’s earth also has antiseptic property and aids in clearing the skin. It also improves blood circulation.

Turmeric is packed with loads of benefits and is more than a spice which can be relegated to a shelf on your kitchen. Its various antiseptic properties are perfect for using it for minor cuts, wounds and abrasions, cracked heels and it helps in quickening the healing process.
Benefits of Gram Flour:
It works as an exfoliating agent. Gram flour is one of the best natural skin whitening agents that help remove the tan and enhances the beauty of skin by making it flawless and smooth.
