Today, I am reviewing a product which targets the eye area. Most of us have puffy eyes, dark circles, crow’s feet or wrinkles. We have a lot of DIY remedies to cure these issues but they take some time to show results. So, here is a tool that claims to reduce all these issues. Let’s read on to find out how it fared.

My Experience with Foreo IRIS Illuminating Eye Massager:
I am at an age where I get less sleep and more stress, which leads to puffy eyes and wrinkles. I got this tool since I wanted to control these eye area issues. Foreo IRIS Illuminating Eye Massager vibrates at a very high speed, thereby relaxing the muscles around the eyes.
The product comes in a very well packaged cardboard box. The product looks more like an adult toy. But believe me, it’s an eye massager. 😉 The product is designed beautifully and is very easy to hold and use. The silicon coating is very good quality and Sonic Pulse happens to be their trademark. The whole product is velvety to touch and hold due to the silicon, which is free of BPA.
The Foreo IRIS Illuminating Eye Massager comes with a USB charging cable, so you can charge it through a PC or a plug. It takes about an hour to charge completely and then it lasts a very long time since we tend to use the massager for about a minute in total per day. The massager has 2 years of warranty. I was really attracted to the fact that such eye massagers are available in the market. This happens to be my first eye massager.
When I started using eye creams, I would apply one before going to bed and tap it with my ring finger around my eyes for a minute or so. Then, I would leave it on overnight. But with this device, you active the skin so that it absorbs eye creams or serums better.
I apply small dots of my eye cream or serum around my eyes and then place the eye massager on my skin and switch it on. I let it massage my eye area for around 30 seconds on each eye. IRIS also has two different modes: manual eye massage mode and spa mode. The latter offers a combination of pulses with taps. One can also change the intensity level.
I have no dark circles or crow’s feet but I do have the issue of puffiness around the eye area. This massager has reduced puffiness and fine lines. I believe that is mainly because the circulation gets better and collagen production increases with massage.
I also feel the muscles around the eyes are relaxed, which helps in getting rid of puffy eyes. I personally do not think dark circles or crow’s feet will disappear with this tool. Overall, it’s a good tool that reduces puffiness and fine lines. But, it’s quite expensive too.

I would recommend it only if you are sleep deprived and have puffy eyes.
