Forest Essentials Ayurvedic Head Massage Oil Review

Forest Essentials Ayurvedic Head Massage Oil Review

Hello Lovely Ladies,

Today, I will be reviewing the Forest Essentials Ayurvedic Head Massage Oil – Bhring Raj. I have heard a lot about “Bhring Raj” oil before and they are mainly used to treat hair fall, dandruff problems, etc. This was a part of Forest Essentials Gift Set which I received recently and I am so glad I got it.

Forest Essentials Ayurvedic Head Massage Oil Review

Product Details:

Hair oil treatments allow nourishing herbs and oils to soak in easily and condition the hair. After massaging warm oil into the scalp, wrap head in a warm towel wrung out in steaming hot water and leave for at least half an hour.

  • Promotes Hair Growth.
  • Checks Dandruff.

This nourishing hair oil is made from an old recipe which includes Sesame and Coconut Oil along with Goat’s Milk, Amla Oil and Herbal Extracts. This treatment is valuable to those with hair loss and scalp problems as it aids the growth of healthy hair, while effectively combating dandruff.

Price:

Rs. 850 for 200 ml.

Packaging:

It comes in a transparent plastic bottle with golden cap. The mouth of the bottle is a bit bigger and it has an additional stopper inside which is difficult to remove each time. I prefer using the golden screw cap only. This does not have small nozzle which I think is required to control the flow.

Fragrance:

It has a very pleasant “mixed herbs” smell and is very refreshing.

Ingredients:

Forest Essentials Oil

My Experience with Forest Essentials Ayurvedic Head Massage Oil:

Forest Essentials Ayurvedic Head Massage Oil Bhring Raj is a light red color transparent oil and it is very light and not at all sticky on the hair. I have used it a few times only till now and I use it the way it is mentioned above. I massage it into the scalp and hair and wrap a hot towel around it for 15-20 minutes and I leave it overnight if I am not in a hurry.

Forest Essentials Oil

It is so good and it immediately relieves stress and relaxes me.  It is very easy to wash off too and does not require shampooing multiple times to get rid of the stickiness. The hair remains soft and silky post wash. Now, since I have used it only a couple of times, I did not notice a huge difference in hair fall control, but what has happened is so far that my hair has become a bit voluminous. I do get dandruff if I don’t keep my hair clean, but it has not come up since I have started using this oil. So, it is very effective on dandruff.

Pros of Forest Essentials Ayurvedic Head Massage Oil:

  • Fragrance.
  • Non-sticky oil.
  • Nourishes scalp and hair well.
  • Effective on dandruff.
  • Makes the hair voluminous.

Cons of Forest Essentials Ayurvedic Head Massage Oil:

  • Costly.

Would I Repurchase Forest Essentials Ayurvedic Head Massage Oil?

Absolutely and I highly recommend you to try out this oil.
