Forest Essentials Eucalyptus & Black Pepper Body Oil Review

Forest Essentials Eucalyptus & Black Pepper Body Oil

Hi Beautiful Ladies!!

Hope you are really enjoying the lazy winter months!!Today I have come with a review of really great body oil from Forest Essentials. The Eucalyptus and Black pepper body oil is actually an unusual choice, given the fact that it is an unconventional fragrance. However, this is one purchase I did for the goodness of healing properties of eucalyptus and the invigorating ability of black pepper. So let’s see how this oil has fared for me.

My Experience with Forest Essentials Eucalyptus & Black Pepper Body Oil :

This oil comes in the standard, luxurious Forest Essential s bottle. The bottle itself is quite sturdy. However, whenever I take out oil from the bottle, there is always a chance of it leaking along the bottle. So the oil must always be drawn out from a certain height.

The directions on the bottle advice warming up the oil before using. I generally microwave it for 10 seconds in a glass bowl. This warms up the oil without smoking, so it retains its goodness. This is not oil I use every day. In fact, I use it once a week to improve circulation, break up sub coetaneous toxins and heal my skin. This oil has awesome healing properties. If I get a mosquito bite or rash, I immediately rub this oil over the irritated skin and it promptly soothes my skin. The itchiness disappears within 5 minutes. This is therefore a great oil to keep handy for skin irritation and first aid. Obviously, I would not recommend using this over broken skin.

I enjoy using this oil as I feel that it heals the skin and makes it healthier. With sesame oil as its base, it gently softens the skin. Also, the sesame base is neutral and tones down the inflammatory quality of eucalyptus and black pepper. Bye the way, a small trivia, did you know that our ancient sages used to chew black pepper to increase endurance? It is not surprising that our kitchens are the storehouse of valuable medicines!! 🙂

One point that must be noted about this oil is that it leaves behind a  funny petroleum like smell in clothes. So be sure to wear old clothes after applying this oil.
