My Experience with Forest Essentials Madurai Jasmine and Mogra Bath and Shower Oil:

I love using after-shower body oils in the winter. I often prefer them to lotions and moisturizers.  For one, they feel warmer on the skin than those cold lotions! And on my dry skin, I find the oils to be far more hydrating than creams and moisturizers.  Of course, I go for oils that are non-greasy and those that my skin absorbs easily. Mostly, I use cold-pressed virgin coconut oil on my skin right after the shower. I find that that the purest kind has pretty much no odour (which tends to be a common complaint with coconut oil) and is deeply hydrating.

Forest Essentials Moisture Replenishing Bath and Shower Oil Madurai Jasmine and Mogra is a pleasantly fragrant, light body oil. I have used it a couple of times and I definitely find it easier to use on the days that I have to rush out after a shower. Coconut oil– since it is heavier—requires a little more time to get absorbed into the skin. This oil has the mild, beautiful fragrance of jasmine. The oil is sufficiently hydrating and gets absorbed quickly, leaving my skin soft and supple. If you have normal to dry skin, then I think this would work well for you. It is not the most hydrating, for sure, but it’s good enough given its light texture. It softens the skin and lends it a beautiful, healthy texture.

This is perhaps the type of oil that can be used round the year, especially if you have dry skin.  What I love about this oil is that it’s concocted with some great ingredients and it’s free of the harsh chemicals that most lotions etc., that we use are replete with.

  • Lightweight, hydrating body oil.
  • Can be used in the bath or after a shower.
  • Mild, pleasant fragrance of jasmine.
  • Lends a luminous, healthy glow to the skin.
  • Ideal to be used all round the year.
  • Made with luxurious, pure ingredients.
  • Doesn’t condense in the cold, always stays in the liquid form.

Cons of Forest Essentials Madurai Jasmine and Mogra Bath and Shower Oil:
