My Experience with Forever 21 Facial Cleansing Pad:

This cleansing pad, or I should say cleaning sponge comes in a various colours. I picked up a cool blue colour. It is packed in a plastic sachet. The packaging is very basic. The pad has a place where you can hold it while cleaning your face. It is a tear-drop shaped pad which has these soft bristles to help get rid of dead skin cells. The sponge is very conveniently shaped and it is easy to use. It is also travel-friendly.

I have tried applying my face wash directly onto the cleansing pad and then using it, but it doesn’t work because, the face wash settles into the bristles and you get nothing on your face. So, what I do is I apply some face wash on my face and then gently rub my face with this cleansing pad.

The bristles look really soft, but they do a good job in cleaning the skin. It feels like you are pampering your face with a massager when you use this pad. It is great to use it as an exfoliator instead of cream or gel scrubs. My skin feels super soft and squeaky clean after using this.

You can also use this cleansing pad to dry brush your skin, which means using only the pad to massage your skin. Or, you can apply a massage gel and use this to increase blood circulation in your face. But, do it gently.

What I noticed is that this thing does wonders for your skin, if you use it say once or twice in a week. Whenever I use this every day or 2-3 days back to back, my skin breaks out. Also, avoid the eye area while using this.
