Freeman Bare Foot Lavender Mint Foot Cream Review

Freeman Bare Foot Lavender Mint Foot Cream Review

Freeman+Bare+Foot+Lavender+Mint+Foot+Cream+Review

I have been having quite a good experience with the brand “Freeman,” considering this is a budget brand. For the price, almost all the products I have tried from this brand haven’t disappointed me. These products are not available in Australia and I buy them from USA and even with the shipping, it is still cheap. Most of the face masks are good but the only body wash/scrub I tried was disappointing. I have used a couple of foot products a couple of years ago, but what I am going to review today is the “Lavender and Mint” foot cream from the “Bare Foot” range.  I have been using the Palmer’s Foot Cream as well as the Burt’s Bees Foot Cream before and decided to purchase this foot cream to try.

Product Description:

Step into skin-soothing comfort with this aroma-therapeutic foot cream. Lavender and Mint massage over legs and feet to relieve aches and Vitamin E improves skin softness. Tea Tree Oil reinvigorates tired muscles while uplifting the senses.

My Experience with Freeman Bare Foot Lavender Mint Foot Cream:

This comes in a cute, sturdy tube which is shaped like a foot. Like all Freeman products, the packaging does look cute and attractive. The package is white in colour with a purple lid and looks attractive. It is quite bulky though so not suitable for travelling.  The cream is light in texture and white in colour.  Even though it is called a “cream” it feels like a “lotion” because of the thin and runny consistency.  This smells wonderful. It smells of lavender and mint just like it should, but the lavender is more prominent in this cream. I am usually not a fan of lavender as I feel it is a boring old fragrance. However, I am in awe of its aroma-therapeutic and relaxing abilities. Because of this reason, I use lavender baths, shower gels just before bedtime.

Lavender

Back to the product, this is actually a soothing, mild lavender fragrance. It does help me relax my feet and the fragrance makes me calm. This definitely has aroma-therapeutic properties at such a budget price. I rub this on my feet after cleaning my feet using a foot scrub. The best this about this foot cream is that it sinks into skin very easily and doesn’t just sit on top of your skin leaving it greasy. When I used the Palmer’s foot cream, I felt it was more suitable for night time use because it was heavy. This one however is very light and gets absorbed quickly and can be used any time of the day. Easy to slip into foot wear immediately after using.

Foot Cream 2

This moisturises my skin only a bit so if you have very dry skin or cracked heels, it is better to use this product along with an intensive balm/treatment instead. This is suitable for people with normal to dry skin who wish to moisturise feet and also get an aromatherapy benefit at the same time. It relieves aches and pains and refreshes legs.

Foot Cream 3

Yays for Freeman Bare Foot Lavender Mint Foot Cream:

  • Contains lavender oil and mint extract to refresh legs and reduce aches and pains.
  • Comes in a cute packaging and the packaging is good quality for the price.
  • Extremely affordable product that actually works.
  • Smells wonderful and has stress busting/calming properties.

Foot Cream 4

Nays for Freeman Bare foot Lavender Mint Foot Cream:

  • Not easily available in all countries.
  • Contains parabens

IMBB Rating:

4.8/5

I’m giving a good rating as this product is definitely worth the price. There might be better foot creams out there, but this works so well for the price and we cannot expect such a cheap product to be paraben free either.
