Fresh Pastel Eye Makeup Look – Step-by-Step Tutorial

Hello, Beauties!

Colours always cheer me up. I love to experiment with colours and since it’s summer time, the pastel colours would look great as our makeup shades. Today, I experimented with some beautiful pastel colours that definitely gave me a summery look. Now, let’s get into the step-by-step tutorial.

Face

I did my face makeup first and I kept it very simple like our usual makeup. I applied a stick foundation and blended it with a buffing brush in a circular motion which actually helps to fill up the pores as well. Next, I concealed my under-eye area and hid minimal imperfections with a concealer. I applied a compact powder on my under-eye area and T-zone to control shine. Today, I skipped contouring my face and only applied a coral glowing blush on my cheeks. I also applied a light peachy glowing shade to highlight my face. I actually used a shimmer brick palette to do my face makeup. I applied that same highlighter on the nose and forehead too. I kept it naturally glowing and soft.

Step 1:
On the eyes, first, I used a light pastel green eyeshadow on my lid as well as crease area and blended the colour smoothly.
Step 2:
Next, I used one shade deeper green eyeshadow on the outer corners just to define them little and again blended all.
Step 3:
After that, I applied a blue eyeshadow on the outer corners and with a help of a pointed crease brush, I extended that shadow to create a natural smoky winged line. I mixed this colour with that green eyeshadow to make it look natural.
Step 4:
Now, to pop up my look, I applied some orange eyeshadow on my inner corners.
Step 5:
After that, I again used that same orange eyeshadow on my lower lash lines and also applied that blue eyeshadow just on the corner areas. I blended all the colours with a small blending brush.
Step 6:
To finish this look, I applied a light-yellow highlighting shade just below my eyebrows and filled up my eyebrows. Next, I curled my lashes and applied a mascara that provided me the perfect length and volume to my lashes.
