My Take On Fruit Of The Earth Aloe Vera 100% Gel:

It’s got asmooth texture however it is a little thicker in consistency compared to the L’oreal Paris emulsions but it’s easy to spread on skin. It’s also not firm nor runny which would equal to easy and clean application. Blending it into the skin is also not a problem, it blends in smoothly.

While blending into skin, it feels cool however after application the cool feeling disappears. This product dries in a matter of seconds and as you can see that it is a transparent gel, it dries transparent on skin. It also doesn’t clump my foundation nor does it do any weird things to my foundation.
This product is also alcohol free. So if you’re worried about alcohol content, you can just throw those worries aside. Plus, it feels lightweight on skin and it’s fragrance free too. So those whom dislike fragrance products, it’s cleared!
Sadly, this cannot replace a moisturizer. I’m not sure how well it works for sunburn as I’ve never used this for those issues however I can say that it’s horrible for dry skin. It does nothing for my dry skin! Why would I say that? For starters, I feel no difference on my skin after application. My skin isn’t doesn’t feel soft, hydrated, supple or any of those things that a moisturizer should make your skin feel. While I’m outdoors, my skin slowly returns back to it’s dry state so this is definitely not a product to count on for all day hydration and it doesn’t retain a single ounce of moisture.

It won’t cause breakouts, irritation or any other problems but it’ll never heal your dry skin either. Why won’t it heal dry skin? Let’s say you’ve got dry patches on your skin and you want get rid of them, this is not going to work on those dry patches. I know and I’ve tried. It’ll probably make your dry patches soft for like 5 minutes or less and sooner or later it’ll return back to being dry patches.Even though I mentioned that this product does not have alcohol, it does feel like it’s drying out my skin a little.

Packaging wise, it’s simple, tiny and lightweight. It’s size makes it easy to just chuck into a makeup bag and it won’t take much space either. Afraid of it making a mess? It won’t. The cap is sturdy and is as tight as can be, it won’t go lose.
