I was rearranging my makeup yesterday and ended up wasting time at staring at all the beautiful colours I have in my makeup collection. Makes me realize how much I love makeup. 😛 😛
Lakme fantasy Collection has come up with one of the very gorgeous shade of green in both eye palette and shimmer stick. It’s very spring and can be easily worn every once in a while. So here is a super simple look I did using well@ a lot of Lakme products. 🙂 Hope you like it. 🙂
Eyes : Prime your eye lids and pat a satin (y) pink eye shadow all over the lid. Trace your upper lash line with black liquid line and wing it out. Now take the green Lakme shimmer stick and apply it both on the water line (didn’t sting at all) and also on the lower lash line. Slightly wing out on the lower lash line. Now take a small angled brush and trace the green eye shadow from lakme botanic quad right on top of the green eye liner. This would not only intensify the green eye liner but would also set it. Pick the shimmery beige eyeshadow from the same quad and apply it on the inner corner of the eye. Curl lashes and apply mascara. You are done! :))

For face : I sheered out MAC Prolongwear concealer with moisturiser and used it as a tinted moisturiser. Used the matte brown bronzer from MAC Wonder Woman Mineralize Skinfinish (Golden Lariat) to contour my face . Used the golden shimmery powder to highlight my face and NYX Mocha blush just on the apple of my cheeks.
Lips : Lakme Lipstick 135 all over the lips and a pale shimmery gloss on top just to add a light shimmer and shine to lips.

I use it as a top coat for the colored eye liners….it spreads unevenly and the shimmer particles don’t come off easily while removing, have to do a lot of ghisna ragdna…even then few particles remain in b/w the lashes! :reallyangry: :reallyangry: :reallyangry:
errr… that’s not nice. I have the one in black and greenish. both are sort of opaque ;. Although they look shimmery in the bottle but come up nice when applied. Guess they got it wrong with the transparent one. :((
ya! and I picked the wrong one :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: …should have gone for the black or the bronze one…but the SA told this is more versatile, can be coated over any coloured liner, so fell for it…m still a bachchu when it comes to make up, have a long way to go!
