My Experience with Garnier Pure Active Anti-Acne White Oil Clearing Foam:
The face wash comes in a sleek and easy plastic squeeze tube. The tube is white and blue in color. It closes securely with a bright blue flip top cap, which shuts securely making an audible click sound and ensures that the tube is fit for carrying around during travelling.
The packaging is lightweight and easy to carry. It does not occupy much space in my travel kit. The entire product related information is printed on the back of the tube. Overall, as far as the packaging is considered, it is basic yet nice and travel-friendly.
The facial foam has a strong herbal kind of fragrance. The smell is quite strong and not very pleasant, but thankfully it fades away within a few minutes. The facial foam is pearly white in colour. The texture is thick and creamy and a pea-sized amount is good enough to cleanse my skin nicely. It lathers well and cleanses the skin nicely. It does not contain any micro beads or any exfoliating granules.
It is very mild and gentle on the skin. It removes all the dirt and impurities from the skin nicely. It helps in taking away every bit of oil and dirt from my face and gives me a nice squeaky-clean feeling, but it dries out the skin. It snatches the moisture from my skin and makes it dry and stretchy. It claims to control acne and fight several other skin issues. It does help in controlling excess sebum secretion, which helped in controlling skin breakouts. But, I have to follow up with my moisturizer immediately as it makes my skin dry and stretchy.
It cleans up the skin pore by pore and also helps in removing any makeup residues as it claims. But, the overall feel it gives is not very refreshing. It doesn’t brighten up dull face. It is easy to wash off and it does not leave any kind of residue behind. Overall, this is a nice product.
