How is Navratri going on for everyone? I stay very close to Kora Kendra which is one of the biggest Navratri spots. Although I don’t go every-day, I am planning to go and play for a few days because I love dancing. Well, coming to the review, I got one face wash from Garnier for my combination and acne prone skin and have to say it worked very well. Read to know more about this one!

My Experience with Garnier PureActive Intensive Deep Pore Unclogging Gel Wash:

Garnier has a lot of ranges but this range is particular is targeted at the oily and acne prone skin. I have combination skin and yes, my acne leaves behind bad marks and spots which take forever to go! This reason made this face wash completely suitable for my skin.

The gel wash comes in a big pump bottle in white paired up with fresh aqua blue and red. The bottle looks very good and it is definitely handy because what could be more convenient than a pump bottle? It also has a lock system which makes it leak-proof. Just a little pump gives enough quantity for one use. The gel comes in a light aqua blue colour which is very gentle on the skin. It lathers up well making itself very cleansing for my skin.

The formula contains menthol which gives my skin an amazing cooling and soothing sensation. Not only cooling, but it feels like a burst of freshness. My skin gets instantly revived whenever I use this. It gives a super invigorating feeling which is totally like a refreshment during hot days of summer. It cleans my skin absolutely well and leaves a subtle glow on my face which looks very pretty. It does remove all the impurities, excess oil secretion and dirt from my face.

Also I noticed that it was secretly cleaning my pores too. It made my skin look healthy, soft and silky. The texture seems to have improved a lot as I am religiously using it for the past 3 weeks. It does not prevent break-outs, as, recently my skin just broke out. I had a lot of pimples on my face at once when I started to use this. This totally cleaned up my face and now I cannot notice a lot of pimples on my face. It really soothes down a fresh pimple and although it contains salicylic acid, it did not irritate my skin like some of the face washes.

I can see a considerable difference in the marks on my face as my face looks a lot more clear and using the concealer a lot lesser than before. It totally flattened up all the pimples and fades away the marks up to a very good extent too. It takes a good time to fade the marks but it does if you use t every-day. I think this is a great option to go for if you have pimples or marks on your face that are bothering you.
