This review is all about Garnier Skin Active Honey Face Mask. Women have been using honey in their beauty products for ages. Hence, we all know how wonderfully it works for the skin. Read on to find out how this honey mask worked for me.

My Experience with Garnier Skin Active Honey Face Mask:
This mask comes in a small sachet with all instructions well written on the packaging. The product is creamy and slightly sticky in texture. It spreads well smoothly on the skin. The consistency reminds me of toothpaste. It’s thick and sticky, just like a toothpaste. The product looks light brown in color and smells great when applied on the skin. I was really tempted to lick a little but I resisted myself. 😛 I applied a generous amount of the product on my face, avoiding the eye and lip area.
As per the instructions, the mask has to be kept on the skin for 10 minutes and then you can wash it off with water. But I kept it on for more than just 10 minutes, just to be sure that my skin gets the best of it. I washed the mask with lukewarm water. The mask would not dry out no matter how long you keep it on. It is recommended to massage away the product or wipe it off with cotton pads. But my skin felt sticky even after wiping, so I went ahead to wash if off with warm water.
The product washed off quickly and my skin looked bright and clean. The redness of my pimples had reduced and they looked less ‘angry’. I generally do not wash my face with a face wash after using any kind of masks as I feel face wash would affect the results. So, I did not use any face wash this time either. My skin normally feels dry after using any wet mask, but with this my skin felt well-nourished and moisturised. It didn’t cause any kind of irritation or redness on my sensitive skin.
The mask is free of parabens, which is a plus point for me. It’s a perfect mask for dry skin, too. My skin looked good for the next two days. There is still enough product left for one more use and I plan to repurchase this mask for sure. These new Garnier masks are really convenient to use. They are handy to travel with, too.
