In this post, I will be sharing my views on Garnier skin naturals light complete fairness face wash. I have earlier used and reviewed the light complete fairness serum cream from same range and now is the turn to review face wash. I feel like that Garnier just jumbles the word in their previous product and name the new one after that. For instance, earlier there was a face wash named “white complete speed white fairness face wash” and this one is “light complete white speed fairness face wash”. There are a few other products like this and it is so confusing. Anyways, let’s get into the details to know more about this face wash.

My Experience with Garnier Skin Naturals Light Complete Fairness Face Wash:

Packaging: Garnier light complete fairness face wash comes in a white and yellow coloured, easy to squeeze, sleek tube packaging with a flip top. The flip top opens with a little pressure and closes with a click preventing any spillage; hence it is travel-friendly. The name of the product is written in the front of the tube and all the other information is provided at the back of the tube. The face wash is available in two size variants – 50 gm and 100 gm.

Texture and Fragrance: This face wash has a thin to medium consistency with a creamy texture. It is opaque white in appearance with a pearly sheen. When comes in contact with water, it lathers up pretty well. The fragrance is pleasant and refreshing with a hint of citrus to it. The fragrance is mild and my sensitive nose does not find it over powering at all.

Usage/Result: I have earlier used Garnier light complete fairness serum cream, which benefited my skin a lot. Hence, when I came across this face wash, I bought it immediately. My skin had some faded dark spots with a bit of uneven complexion before I started using this face wash.

For the amount needed to cleanse the face, I use a pea size only. Pea-sized amount of the face wash is more than enough for thorough cleansing. A little amount lathers up well. After lathering up the face wash, I massage over the face and neck for a minute and then, I rinse off with normal water. It gets rinsed off easily without leaving any residue behind.

Post rinsing, it makes skin squeaky clean and free from dirt and other impurities. It brightens up the face instantly but also dries it out. I noticed dryness over my cheeks when I used this face wash. Hence, it may not be liked by dry skin beauties. On the other note, if you still want to try out this face wash, then moisturize the skin immediately. The face wash also helps in controlling the excessive oil production. I have noticed my T-zone being less oily.

When talking about the results, it does what it claims. With continuous usage, it improves the skin complexion and makes it even toned. If you have tanned skin, I think that this face wash will be helpful in removing the tan. However, it does nothing for dark spots and I didn’t expect it to. It is a good buy for normal to oily skin to keep the skin super clean and radiant.
