There is a new product range from Garnier. It’s called the Hydra Bomb. I always wanted to try the sheet face masks and I thought this was the right one to start with. I have read a lot of reviews about sheet face masks on IMBB and my expectation was kind of high for a face mask.

How to Use:
1. Unfold the mask. Carefully apply the white tissue to thoroughly cleansed skin. Make sure the blue protective film is facing outwards. Smooth the mask gently to ensure contact with the skin.
2. Remove the protective film.
3. Adjust the mask contours on the face. Leave for 15 minutes.
4. To remove the mask, peel off slowly from the edges. Gently massage in any excess serum, or use a cotton pad to remove.

My Experience with Garnier SkinActive Hydra Bomb Tissue Mask:
The Garnier SkinActive Hydra Bomb Tissue Mask comes in a relatively big packaging. The packaging is really good, well-sealed and protected. The mask inside has 2 layers; one white and one blue. They both are attached to each other. The mask feels very slimy and wet. I was kind of worried when I pulled out the mask from the packet that it might tear off. But no, it came out in one piece and was sturdy.
The instruction for use mentioned on the backside of the packaging is good enough to follow. One needs to put the white sheet on the face and blue on top and then peel off the blue one out.The mask as a whole was quite cold and feels chill on the face. I used it on a warm day and it felt very relaxing; I would not prefer to use it on a cold day.
The mask was large enough to cover my face and at some places it was more than enough. So it will fit all kinds and shapes of face. The mask stings a little for the initial few minutes only but it settles down after a while. It is recommended to leave the mask for 15 minutes. But I left mine for 30 minutess since the mask felt very moist even after 15 minutes and I wanted my skin to take more of the product. The mask sticks very well and one can walk around with the mask on. There is no worry of it falling off. My kids were finding it funny and wanted me to act like a monster and catch them. So I would prefer lying down the next time.
Even after 30 minutes there was a lot of serum left in the mask. I removed the mask and left the wet serum sticking to my face to dry by itself. My face looked nice and my scars looked lighter. But my skin felt very sticky. I used it in the afternoon and had to go out in the evening.
I would recommend using it in the evening and leaving the face unwashed over night to get best results. Since the face was sticky, I had to wash my face after an hour and then my face was back to normal. So I feel the results are temporary. It didn’t do anything for the active pimple. Thankfully it did not cause any skin irritation or breakout to my sensitive skin. Overall it was fun using a mask but the results were not very impressive.
