I recently bought a lot of shampoos from Garnier range. I kind of went bizzare in making a decision and picked the ones that got my attention. Today’s review is all about Garnier Ultimate Blends Coconut Water and Aloe Vera Shampoo. Read on to know more.

My Experience with Garnier Ultimate Blends Coconut Water and Aloe Vera Shampoo:

The product comes in a typical sleek designed transparent bottle with a green cap which has a nice leaf design and closes tight. The cap is really tight and closes well with a click. There is no chance of any leakage. The product is sleek and travel-friendly. There is some basic information on the back of the bottle. The product comes unsealed. The package is very simple. You can easily see the quantity of the shampoo through the see-through bottle.

The shampoo is clear and has a gel-like texture. It is runny in consistency and does flow everywhere! It smells very pleasant but it smells nothing like coconut. It is mild and not overpowering. It is a little sweet and even though it is not what I expected, but I like it a little.

The product lathers very well and this is due to the presence of SLS. The product cleanses the hair very well and makes it feel very fresh. However, it doesn’t wash off thick oils like castor or olive oil very well. You need to use the shampoo twice to get rid of the oils. However, doing this will strip down the oils from the hair and makes it feel a little squeaky which doesn’t sound very good. The shampoo when used once does make the hair soft and smooth. But, using a conditioner makes it better. The shampoo also adds a little shine to the hair.

The product doesn’t weigh down the hair or makes it limp which is a plus if you have fine hair. It also adds a little volume to the hair. The presence of aloe and coconut water adds moisture to the hair. It does hydrate the hair and makes it look alive. The product doesn’t make the scalp oily soon, but I usually wash it every alternate day. The product doesn’t contain any silicones or parabens making the results long-lasting. Overall, it is a good shampoo and worth a try. So, summing up.
