My Experience with Garnier Whole Blends Castor Oil and Maple Sap Repair Mask:

The product comes in an orange brownish wide mouthed plastic jar with a brown screw cap which closes well. Usually the masks come with a seal but this didn’t. So, I had to open to check if anyone had put their finger in! There is some basic information on the jar. It is easy to place on the cabinet. It can be a little bulky for traveling.

Garnier Whole Blends Castor Oil and Maple Sap Repair Mask Review

The hair mask is light yellow in color and is thick. It has a creamy consistency and feels very rich. It smells amazing and the fragrance stays on for around an hour post washing the hair. I absolutely love the fragrance. It smells very sweet like perfume. The application of the product is pretty easy. You need to apply the product to the hair lengths leave on for around 5 minutes and wash it off. You can also use it like a conditioner. There is also shampoo and conditioner in this range and I picked up only the shampoo as I would want to use this as a conditioner.

Garnier Whole Blends Castor Oil and Maple Sap Repair Mask Cap Open

You can notice immediate softness in your hair as soon as you rinse your hair. Once I dried my hair, I noticed that there were hardly any tangles and my hair felt so smooth and soft. My hands and hair brush could easily slid through my hair without any issues. The product is meant for dry and brittle and if you this hair type, this could be a perfect choice for you. The product reduces the frizz and tames the flyaway. It intensively moisturizes my hair and I can feel a lot of difference. My hair felt like I had applied a serum post wash. My hair also had an added radiance. The product doesn’t make the hair limp either and makes it look healthy. It retains the natural texture and I noticed that my hair was extremely smooth even after 2 washes. The product also strengthen weak hair and adds the much needed nutrients to the hair. My hair felt extremely moisturized and hydrated. I noticed less fallen off hair when I comb.

Garnier Whole Blends Castor Oil and Maple Sap Repair Mask in Tub

The product is free from paraben and this is a plus. One jar would go on at least for half a year if you apply it every week. The presence of maple and castor oil really makes a lot of difference to the hair. While I love the product the only negative I hate about the product is the result of its richness. I used it as a deep conditioning mask once and my hair turned oilier the next day and felt very greasy. I would use it only for my hair lengths and not for my scalp. Overall, it is a good product and does what it promises. It is definitely a product for brittle and dull hair but if you have oilier hair, you could give a skip to prevent further oiliness of the hair. So, summing up.
