I am here with another review of a Gerard Cosmetics product since I am obsessed with these products. Gerard Cosmetics “Color Your Smile” lighted lip gloss collection was originally born to compliment its sister line-Whitening Lightning (a teeth whitening product line). This line has almost every shade you can think of, including black and white.

Price: $24 each

Description:
Crystal is a high gloss, plumping formula with nude sparkle. Wear it alone for a sheer wash of color or add some glam over your lipstick.

My Experience with Gerard Cosmetics Crystal Color Your Smile Lighted Lip Gloss:

Shade: This is a semi- sheer nude shade with sparkly peach undertones. When worn alone, it gives a very light iridescence on the lips and it can also be worn over any lipstick for a touch of delicate sparkle. The sparkling particles in this gloss do make the lips appear fuller.

Packaging: These glosses come in a lighted tube which has a mirror. A white light switches on when you twist open the cap (What an amazing idea, isn’t it?). The light and the mirror make it easy to reapply the gloss in dark/dimly lit spaces like night clubs.
The tube has a golden cap which looks super sleek and is extremely easy to carry in a clutch as well.

Texture: These glosses are extremely pigmented (I cannot even start to tell you how rich these are), very smooth, not at all sticky (not even a bit) and the shade looks exactly as it does in the tube. The texture is amazing and super glossy and I am absolutely in love with the pigmentation. It is the best I have ever seen in a gloss.

Staying Power: 3-4 hours. It does require a touch up after a meal or a drink.

• Super rich texture.
• Gorgeous packaging.
• Very Smooth and non sticky.
• Mirror and light on the tube for touching up in dark settings.
• Awesome quality.

Cons of Gerard Cosmetics Crystal Color Your Smile Lighted Lip Gloss:

• Expensive but worth it.
• Low staying power but I don’t mind that at all given the amazing quality of the gloss.

Not in the shade crystal. But definitely would love to try all other shades.

Absolutely yes! You have to definitely give a try to these lip glosses however if you are not a big fan of sheer pigmentation, you can skip this particular shade.
