Giorgio Armani Beauty Fluid Sheer #7 Review

Over years, Giorgio Armani sheer fluids have earned cult classic favourite status and for a good reason. This is a multi-purpose makeup product that can be used as a highlighter, can be mixed with foundations for achieving a dewy look, and also can be used to bronze up the face if you opt for a deeper shade. This fluid sheer range has a variety of shades, starting from #1 going up to #11. In this post, I am reviewing the shade #7.

Product Description:
A cult-favorite, multitasking illuminator and complexion perfector. Perfect, sculpt, and illuminate the skin with Fluid Sheer. Featuring a lightweight texture and sheer coverage formula in a versatile range of shades, it can be used as an eyeshadow base, blush, or bronzer. Ideal for all skin types, this translucent formula blends easily with your foundation to bring a radiant, polished, and sculpted look to your complexion—or, use it alone as a makeup base. When used with Luminous Silk Foundation, Fluid Sheer completes the radiant, natural-looking finish of the Armani Glow.

How To Use:
For an allover glow: Mix with Luminous Silk or your favorite Armani foundation and apply all over the face using the Armani Blender Brush. When mixing with foundation, use the brush to apply to face and smudge with fingers for a more natural finish.  As a highlighter: Using the Armani Blender Brush, apply Fluid Sheer on the nose bridge, on the tops of cheeks, under the eyebrow arch, and on the chin. As a blush or bronzer:  Apply a drop of fluid sheer to the tops of cheeks with the Armani Blender Brush for a healthy, natural glow.

My Experience with Giorgio Armani Beauty Fluid Sheer #7:

Giorgio Armani Sheer Fluid comes housed in a see-through glass bottle with a black cap. The bottle comes with a pump bottle which makes it easier to use and it’s hygienic as well. The bottom of the bottle coordinates with the shade of the product. It contains standard 30 ml of product.

This fluid sheer can be used in different ways. The texture of this is super lightweight, super blendable, and easy to work with. Giorgio Armani Sheer Fluid contains light-reflecting pigments that adds a beautiful radiance to the skin.

This fluid sheer does not accentuate pores and blends seamlessly into the skin. It can be used as a liquid highlighter to get that everyday beautiful glow or to bronze up the face if you go for a deeper shade as I have mentioned before.

You can also mix it in the foundation for a luminous dewy look. The consistency of the fluid sheer is slightly liquidy.

Shade #7 contains micro shimmer glitters that do not show up on the skin and makes the glow, which looks very natural.

Since Giorgio Armani is all about natural looks, so this part was kind of obvious. I absolutely love how it looks on my skin. I like to use it to highlight the high points of the face on top of Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation and the combination gives me the most beautiful “lit from within glow.” I typically disperse a small amount at the back of my hand and apply it with the Real Techniques Stippling brush, which makes blending the product super easy.

#7 is a neutral shade with pink undertone. It’s not at all shimmery with a blendable formula. The microshimmer doesn’t emphasize facial pores. I can also wear this fluid sheer over blush. The lasting power is around 6 to 7 hours. It does not go uneven or patchy and to get a nice glow, you can go with two layers and if you want to intensity, you can build it up further. The pigmentation is sheer and it does not cling on to dry patches. It would suit all skin tones well.

Overall, I think it’s a wonderful and versatile makeup product that feels lightweight on the skin, is easy to work with also. If you like strong highlighters, this is not for you.
