As I have mentioned in my last post, I love Giorgio Armani for base makeup. I generally never go for a high-end primer but this is an exception. For day to day wear, I wear Benefit Porefessional and for special occasions, it’s always giorgio armani light master primer. My Experience with Giorgio Armani Light Master Primer:
This primer comes in a chic frosted glass packaging with a black cap with a small Giorgio Armani logo over it. The name of the product and the brand is printed in black in the front of the bottle. The bottle is a pump bottle and dispenses just the right amount of product.
Like other Giorgio Armani bases, this feels very lightweight on the skin and makes your skin look very flawless and beautiful. I have gone through a complete bottle and have already repurchased and that’s how much I love this primer!
This primer is a bit on the creamer side and instantly sinks into the skin. It does not feel sticky or tacky by any mean, but it does give an instant glow to the skin. I don’t wear this alone since it has some sort of pink iridescence to it (that’s why you need a foundation on top of it ). It evens out my skin tone and blur my pores. I can instantly feel the texture of my skin becoming smooth and the foundation glides on better than without applying any primer.
You don’t need much, a single pump will cover up your entire face. It is not for people with oily skin since it gives a luminous effect which works better for normal or dry skin people. I generally face a hard time choosing a primer for my skin, some clog my pores, cause redness or irritation, but I have never found a primer that worked so well for me. It makes my dull dry skin look dewy, luminous and fresh. The makeup goes on very smooth on top of it and looks absolutely flawless. It holds pretty well throughout the day.
