I love stocking up perfumes! I recently bought two perfumes from Giorgio Beverly Hills and today’s review is all about Giorgio Beverly Hills Blue Eau De Toilette. Read on for more details:

Production Description:
Giorgio Beverly Hills Blue by Giorgio Beverly Hills is a floral fruity fragrance for women. It was created by Harry Fremont of Firmenich, and is composed of floral waves of water hyacinth, sweet, fresh mandarin and guava. The perfume was inspired by California and described as very feminine, light and glamorous. The bottle is recognizable, colored in blue nuances of sky and sea.

My Experience with Giorgio Beverly Hills Blue Giorgio Beverly Hills Eau De Toilette:
This EDT comes in a sealed blue cardboard packaging. The ingredients list is mentioned on the back. I love the logo on the top of the cap. “Blue” is blue in color and has a curvy shape. The cap closes tightly. The bottle feels a bit bulky but the color is very enchanting.
The nozzle sprays the perfume effectively but it lacks force. You need to place it closer to the skin to get a proper spritz. I had used Giorgio Beverly hills’ perfume when I was a teenager, but after that I didn’t find it in India. When I spotted the brand recently, I picked “Purple” and “Blue” variants. The main notes of the perfume are hyacinth, mandarin, and guava. The middle notes are jasmine, tuberose, and water lily. The base notes are Musk, Oak Moss, Driftwood and Vanilla.
This EDT is dominated by the floral fragrance. It is a very feminine fragrance that most teenagers and women in early 20s would opt for. I feel it is not a perfume for strong and mature women. It is more of a fragrance for the flirtatious and free-spirited girls. I do not smell musk or mandarin in this EDT. It feels that all the notes are floral and it starts and ends with floral notes.
This EDT is perfect for a beach or maybe daily wear, but it is not perfect for special occasions. This perfume is classy but it can be a bit common for special occasions. The floral notes are very strong in the start and it takes around 5-10 minutes to settle down and once it has settled, it is cool and refreshing.
You can smell the perfume from a long distance and it leaves a faint perfumed breeze behind when I walk by and that’s great! I have seen a few girls turning their heads after I pass 😛 The perfume lasts for around 4 hours and I feel it is pretty great for an EDT. The spray doesn’t cause any irritation but I have noticed that it does sting a bit when you have freshly waxed or shaved your skin. This goes on for around 2 days and I usually do not use it in that period. The perfume is also not expensive and it is a good summery scent. The product might not be a must have but worth a try especially if you are in your teens or early 20s.

- Causes a bit of irritation on freshly shaved or waxed skin.
- Not an office or special occasion perfume.
- Not for a mature woman.
