Today, I am reviewing one of my favorite organic hair conditioners.

Giovanni products can be found in many national retailers and while the company may be a front runner in the natural industry, the products are as natural as possible without sacrificing total performance. The branding, packaging and over all message is chic and elegant.  Contains a blend of organic oils, ripe-harvested from renewable plants at the peak of their freshness, cold pressed and refrigerated immediately to ensure maximum purity. Infuses each individual strand of hair with vitamins, nutrients and protein for strength and vitality.

Ingredients:

Aqua, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, glycerin, brassicamidopropyl dimethylamine, panthenol, cetrimonium chloride, cetearyl alcohol, hydroxypropyl guar, behentrimonium methosulfate, menthol, polysorbate 60, citric acid, disodium EDTA, ethylhexylglycerin, phenoxyethanol, mentha piperita (peppermint) oil, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, carthamus tinctorius oil, achillea millefolium extract, chamomilla recutita flower extract, equisetum arvense extract, eucalyptus globulus oil, lavandula angustifolia leaf extract, melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, rosmarinus officinalis leaf extract, salvia officinalis leaf extract, thymus vulgaris extract, tussilago farfara flower extract, urtica dioica extract.

Directions To Use:

Apply after Tea Tree Triple Treat Invigorating Shampoo. Massage into hair for 3 to 5 minutes for optimum tingle. Rinse thoroughly.

I bought this conditioner from an online shopping site mainly due to its SLs and paraben-free ingredients list, but in addition, it has no mineral oil, no artificial colours, no phthalates and no propylene glycol.

Comes in a sturdy packaging with sleek rectangular bottle and flip top opening. The conditioner has a thick creamy consistency and does a good job with the conditioning part of its purpose, has a herbal minty fragrance which does not linger after bath. Gives tangle free and smooth hair. Can be used on the scalp as it has tea tree, rosemary and eucalyptus oil extracts which may help those with dandruff as well. Though I do not need to use it on scalp as I do not have dandruff issues, don’t know about the tingling effect.  This can also be used as a leave in conditioner.

Pros of Giovanni Tea Tree Triple Treat Invigorating Conditioner:

• Contains a blend of organic oils which stimulates the scalp.
• No parabens, SLS, and not tested on animals.
• Does a good job with smoothening and detangling the hair.

Cons of Giovanni Tea Tree Triple Treat Invigorating Conditioner:

• Expensive.
• Not easily available.

Do I Recommend Giovanni Tea Tree Triple Treat Invigorating Conditioner?

Its a good conditioner, definitely worth a try, but I may buy another one next time.
