Today, I will be reviewing one more nail polish shade from Givenchy Le Vernis – and it’s “Beige Mousseline.” Appropriately named, Beige Mousseline is a beige-colored shade. The texture of this nail lacquer is smooth, like a muslin cloth and creamy like a sauce. To know more about this nail vernis, kindly read on 🙂

Le Vernis is all you need to nail the perfect manicure. Intense coverage and mirror like shine. A high coverage formula and beautiful glossy finish. In just one application, your nails are made up and showing off a mirror like shine. The colour intense formula spreads evenly. The perfect nail polish to match your wardrobe.
My Experience with Givenchy Le Vernis Nail Lacquer 02 Beige Mousseline:
This comes packaged in a transparent glass bottle which has Givenchy written in black coloured font. This bottle has a chrome coloured outer cap, which has a black coloured top, which is engraved with Givenchy logo. Brush is attached to a black-coloured inner plastic cap, which also has the Givenchy logo engraved. The brush cap is easy to hold and enables smooth application. This authentic shaped bottle comes packed in a black coloured cardboard box. I personally find the packaging, very authentic and appealing, travel-friendly packaging.
I had picked two shades from this range – Rose Taffetas and Beige Mousseline, which I am reviewing today. It’s a neutral beige shade and mildly pigmented. Two coats give sheer to medium coverage to my nails. It is very aptly named and suits my pigmented fingers. This beautiful intense nail lacquer gives a mirror-like shine and a glossy finish to my nails. The texture is smooth and creamy and applies evenly without streaking. One swipe gives almost complete and intense coverage. Expertly designed brush facilitates easy and smooth application. The brush has a round edge and is slightly wide, it flattens during application and spreads to cover almost the entire surface of the nail, in one swipe. The inner cap which is attached to the brush; is very handy and comfortable to hold, it enables easy and smooth application.
The expertly shaped brush enables precise application without wastage and prevents unnecessary spreading to the sides of the nail. I use this shade for regular wear, since it’s a neutral colour, however, can also be used for special occasions. In comparison to Rose Taffetas, there is no wearing or chipping at the tips of the nails, stays intact for four to five days. However, being a light shade, it tends to stain and get soiled very soon, especially when I am working in the kitchen or having food with hands. You have to remove it after two to three days as and when it gets stained or soiled.
