A few of you had complained about online purchases made through the Colorbar’s website and the quality of products purchased, especially I Define pencils. I had a word with someone from Colorbar and they have assured that whoever has made online purchases would receive their products. They are also doing a Pan India quality check for their products. The email id given on Colorbar’s website would also start working pretty soon. 🙂
Just wanted to thank all those who brought this issue forward. Also, if possible do mention the shop name/ place from where you have purchased the defected product. This might help help them take further actions.
