Grace Cole Passion Fruit and Guava Body Butter Review

Body Type: Dry, sensitive

Hello beauties!

Grace Cole offers some amazing bath and body products, most notable among are the body butters and shower gels. Considering the sudden nip in the air at nights, I decided to get a body butter from this brand. Let’s see how it fared for me.

Price: Rs. 650/-

Product description: This luxurious body butter absorbs quickly without leaving an oily residue to leave skin soft and smooth. After use skin will feel seriously hydrated and delicately scented with an intoxicating blend of exotic fruits.

Packaging: It comes in a cheerful purple tub. In fact, I don’t own such a cute tub of body butter, so seeing this on my table makes me feel nice. However, the tub packaging is bulky, and unhygienic for consistent uses. I love how pictures of delicious fruits are printed on the lid. Overall, the body butter looks catchy and attractive, but not travel friendly.

My Experience with Grace Cole Passion Fruit and Guava Body Butter:

First, coming to the fragrance, it is beautiful. I don’t like overpowering scents and this sweet yet sublime fragrance makes me feel so happy and relaxed each time I use it. It is exotic and has a delicious blend of fruits, which reminds me of tropical summers. All my friends love it too and often drop in by, just to use a dollop of this lovely body butter.

The texture is smooth and silky. It is a lightweight yet very moisturizing body butter. I use it after bath or just before going to sleep. It gets absorbed into my skin, without looking greasy or oily. But, you can feel the creaminess for some time. It makes my skin hydrated and supple.

My elbows, knees and feet are very dry and it makes them so soft. Using it once per day suffices for me, but if you have parched skin, this would need reapplication in the chilly winters.

The lasting power on my moderately dry skin is 6 hours or so, and I don’t feel the dryness anymore. Again my mother, who is in her forties, needs to use this twice a day for her demanding dry skin. But, I don’t think reapplying this heavenly scented butter will be an issue with anyone.

Pros of Grace Cole Passion Fruit and Guava Body Butter:

• Heavenly fragrance of exotic fruits.
• Cheerful attractive packaging.
• Economical.
• Silky smooth texture.
• Skin feels nourished and supple.
• Non-greasy.
• Decent lasting power.

Cons of Grace Cole Passion Fruit and Guava Body Butter:

• Bulky packaging.
• Parched skin will need reapplication in winters.
