Hey all,

Today, I will be reviewing my first product from Grace Cole. I love their colorful packaging hence I picked this one up. Let’s see how it fares!

My Experience with Grace Cole Peach and Pear Lip Balm:

This cute lip balm comes in a subtle milky orange-peach tin with details on it.  The tin cap is a bit difficult to open. The lip balm inside is the same color as the outer packaging.  You can check out the ingredients list at the back. I like how the balm looks, it’s a bit bulky but looks super cute, and also it’s travel friendly.

Peach and pear in a lip balm is a new combination for me as far as lip balms are concerned.  Usually, I see strawberry and vanilla balms.

This lip balm is a milky peach shade in the tin, but it comes off as a transparent lip balm unless you use it heavily. If you use it heavily, it gives a milky peach shade on the lips. It doesn’t look bad though.

The texture of this lip balm is super smooth and creamy. It is like soft butter. It moisturises my lips very well, but doesn’t hydrate them. It is light and gives a very nice sheen to the lips.  It has a light fragrance and smells really good. Since it is mild, I don’t think anyone would have issues with the fragrance. It only lingers for some seconds after you apply it on your lips.

It stays on for 2-3 hours without meals. It may survive snacks and drinks, but it won’t survive meals. I think that’s quite okay considering it’s a lip balm.

For the price, I think the quantity is great, it would take me years to finish it!

  1. Such a dud this one if it does not hydrate the lips in the first place. Also, not a fan of such packaging where I need to dip my fingers to take the product out. 🙁
