Packaging: The packaging of this body butter is a little strange. All the details regarding the product is printed either at the top of the cap or at the bottom of the tub, on a sticker. The tub is completely clean, as if they have forgotten to place the sticker. Anyway, packaging is sturdy enough and is quite heavy to be carried in a purse. The screw on cap fits well and there is no chance of spillage. No complaints here!

Texture/Consistency: The texture of this white colored butter is perfect. It does not feel powdery. Since it is not too thick, it is easy to spread on the skin. Also, it gets absorbed quickly and perfectly just with light massage. I don’t require a lot of product of get sufficient moisturisation.

Fragrance: Now, this is the aspect I am confused about! I am not sure whether I like the fragrance or not. But, it does not linger for long, so I don’t bother much. I can clearly make out the notes of mint and lavender here – which is not unpleasant. Overall, it smells woody and medicinal at the same time. But, after around fifteen to twenty minutes, you need to sniff really hard to sense it.

Efficacy: Probably, this is my most favorite part about this body butter. Ever since I have started using it, it has made my skin softer and more moisturised. And, I am very pleased to see this. It works like a charm and its consistency, texture and ingredients all add up to make this superb product. I apply it after taking a bath in the night and I sleep in an air conditioned room and still, I wake up to soft and moisturised skin. Also, if I wash my skin with water after applying it, I don’t need to reapply it as the skin does not become dry again.

One more thing that I like about it is that it does not make my skin sweaty, not even when I go out. It is lightweight and yet it works amazingly. I guess I am smitten! I like the transparency that Grace Cole has maintained by labelling its products so well. I don’t think it will irritate anyone’s skin. Also, it is going to be very effective during initial winter months too.

Grace Cole Tea Tree and Witch Hazel Quenching Body Butter Review7

Overall, I love how it feels on my skin – lightweight and nourishing. For some reason, it always feels a little warm when I massage it, but that does not seem like a problem at all. It provides moisture just in right quantity and hence, does not induce sweat even in summer, without air conditioners. It does not provide temporary results, my skin stays moisturised even if I skip it for a day or two.

Pros of Grace Cole Tea Tree and Witch Hazel Body Butter:

• Sturdy packaging
• Spreads easily
• Gets absorbed quickly
• Keeps skin moisturised for long
• Doesn’t induce sweat
• Makes skin super soft
• Soft fragrance
• Paraben free
• Eco friendly packaging

Cons of Grace Cole Tea Tree and Witch Hazel Body Butter:

• Some people might not like tub packaging
