How are you all doing? I am here today with a gorgeous-looking shower gel from Grace Cole. This is the most pretty-looking body wash from the brand. Every girl who loves collecting pink girly stuff has to get this as soon as possible. Also the fragrance sounded quite amazing, and the secret is both watermelon and pink grapefruit are on my top fruity flavours list. So I was very excited to try this. Let’s see whether it lived up to my expectations or not!

My Experience With Grace Cole Watermelon And Pink Grapefruit Body Wash:

I picked up some body washes and a mist from Grace Cole, and this is the last one from among the lot. This is the among the most gorgeous-looking shower gels I have had. It comes in a huge 500 ml cylindrical bottle which is transparent. But the liquid inside is a vibrant hot pink colour which makes the packaging look so beautiful. It will be a great gifting item as it looks so attractive and an entire range is available too.

The gel is light pink in colour and has a runny consistency. A coin sized amount is required at once. It can be used alone or with a loofah but with a loofah it tends to create more lather. The cap is a press-open one, hence very convenient to use and the liquid does not leak at any time.

At the time of pouring the shower gel on the loofah, I could finally sniff the fragrance. It has an amazing fruity smell of watermelon and pink grapefruits. This is one of the best smells I have tried because I love strong fruity scents. But the sad part was that I could smell the fragrance for just a minute. I know that none of the shower gel scents last after rinsing, but we can smell them at least while scrubbing the body. I couldn’t smell it even when I was taking a bath. The body wash removed all the impurities and made my skin clean and fresh. But it might be a little drying for the dry skin. I have normal skin, and my body felt silky but it lacked hydration. Hence there is a need to apply a moisturiser or else the skin will start feeling stretchy.

But Grace Cole has some serious issues with the lasting power of their fragrances, the body mist did not last long and this fragrance lasted just a minute. Is it their fault or am I demanding more because I have used tonnes of shower gels? Whatever it may be, I personally think that there are better products available in the market.

Very attractive and girly bottle in hot pink.
A super option for gifting.
Good pricing for that quantity.
The gel nicely cleans my skin leaving it bright and fresh.
The fragrance is an amazing fruity one with a luscious blend of watermelon and pink grapefruit.

Cons of Grace Cole Watermelon And Pink Grapefruit Body Wash:

The smell did not even linger around when I was suing it; I could smell it only when I poured it on the loofah.
The fragrance has a very low staying power; it lasted only 1 minute and that too only when I opened the cap.
I need to apply a moisturiser after using this.
I don’t understand their pricing; it varies enormously; they should get it standardised.

Will I Repurchase/Recommend Grace Cole Watermelon And Pink Grapefruit Body Wash?

I am not sure if I will. It is such a beautiful looking bottle, I feel it will be hard for everyone to resist this when you spot this on the store shelves. Adding to that, it has an awesome fragrance but it doesn’t last long at all, be it mists or body washes. So it is a mixed bag for me.
