I am back with another review. Today, I am sharing my review on Guerlain Kiss Kiss Lipstick. I had this lipstick in my wishlist for a long time. I have used Guerlain Kiss Kiss Lip Gloss earlier and it was definitely one of my favorites.  I was really excited to try this one. Thanks to IMBB, I got a chance to add it to my collection. Let us see if this lipstick is a hit or a miss.

Product Description:

Packaging:

The packaging of this lipstick is the highlight of this product, so flamboyant it is. The lipstick case is made of three highly glossy stacked gold cubes with Guerlain engraved at the bottom. The cap secures tightly enough to make it safe for carrying it in your makeup bag. The packaging is very sturdy yet lightweight. It looks extremely gorgeous, but this packaging is prone to getting fingerprints on it; I keep wiping mine to keep it looking clean and pretty.

My Experience with Guerlain KissKiss Lipstick – Pushy Pink:

I own a couple of red and berry shade lip products, so I decided to pick a very natural looking shade this time. Guerlain has eight shades in this collection and I got to try all of them at the store. Although all the shades looked nice, but I picked up 560 Pushy Pink as I found it to be a perfect everyday shade for me.

This is a gorgeous pearly pink shade that is quite sheer. It is perfect to wear on the days when you have heavy makeup and want to give your lips some subtle color and shine. You can intensify the color with more swipes. It has a satin finish, gives a glossy sheen to the lips. The texture of this lipstick is very creamy. It glides very easily on the lips. I loved how buttery smooth it feels, keeps the lips very moisturized and hydrated, but it does settle in the fine lines on my lips.

It works beautifully if I wear a lip liner as a base underneath the lipstick and then apply gloss over it. I did not notice any bleeding or feathering. The lasting power of this lipstick is not as I had expected, it lasts about three to four hours on me. After I drink or eat anything, I have to reapply this lipstick. I am used to wearing matte shades that last a lot longer.

• Not very long lasting.
• Does settle into the fine lines of the lips.
• It is pricey.

Overall, I like this lipstick for how smooth and creamy it feels. I have been using it quite a lot recently. I have to reapply this during the day, but the gorgeous packaging makes up for it. I do not mind showing it off.
