H2O+ Spa Sea Salt Hydrating Body Lotion Review

Hello all,

Today, I am reviewing a product which has been around in my vanity for some time now. I was using it for a while earlier and it again found my love when the winter months started. Read on to find out more about the H2O+ Spa Sea Salt Hydrating Body Lotion.

Hydrating Marine Blend: A triple-powered synthesis of marine botanicals that optimizes skin’s moisture balance while bolstering free radical resistance.
Wakame: Brown kelp fronds harvested from the Sea of Japan; energizes skin’s natural functions and recharges tone

Packaging

My Experience with H2O+ Spa Sea Salt Hydrating Body Lotion:

Packaging:  The body lotion comes in a sturdy plastic tube with a screw on cap. The cap shuts tight and there is no danger of the product leaking. The packaging is quite handy and travel friendly. I love the greenish brown packaging of the H2O+ Spa range; it looks very classy and spa-like.

Product Details

Texture and Performance:  The body lotion has a medium thick consistency and is not runny. It spreads easily on the skin and also gets absorbed easily. It moisturizes well and does not leave the skin greasy or sticky. Though it provides good hydration, I feel that those with extremely dry skin will not benefit as much. There is also a body cream from this range and dry-skinned people will be better off using that.

The lotion claims to contain some pretty exotic ingredients like Wakame, Sea Lettuce and Fennel which are supposed to support skin firming and reduce aging, but I cannot really vouch for such effects on my skin as yet.

Fragrance:  The cream has a pleasant mild fragrance which probably comes from all those marine ingredients which it contains. It feels very spa-like for the time that it lasts. However, it fades away pretty soon.
