Prachi Asks :

Hi,

I like your blog, it is very helpful. I have loads of questions in my mind. So, let me begin with the recent dilemma. Is Hair Spa is beneficial for oily hair or oily scalp…and what is a good moisturizer for a very oily skin? Thanks a lot for starting such a good blog. I love reading its articles.

  1. From my experience I didnt benefit much from the hair spa as I have oily scalp… but yeah the hair remains soft till the next wash…But it has to be done frequently to reap the benefits… And about the moisturiser you can use either Clean and Clear moisturiser or Lacto Calamine or Neutrogena Moisturiser for Combination skin

  2. i have used hair spa 2-3 times..i didnt find it much beneficial …even the deep conditioning/mehandi i put at home last longer than it…

  3. FOR NATURAL VIRGIN HAIR (UNTREATED BY CHEMICALS )

DO not go for the ones with excessive silicones. Try and get a silicone free hair spa done if you can ,if your hair is fine and scalp is oily. You can also try doing it at home with the silicone free rainforest hair butters and conditioners at home and add some hot conditioning treatment before the shampooing phase. (hot oil treatment – steam – shampoo – condition – hair butter ) – it`ll also keep your hair natural and healthy.

FOR CHEMICAL TREATED /REBONDED HAIR :

However if you have chemical treated hair – go for the silicone treatments – as that is necessary to maintain chemical treated hair.If you do not want to go to the salon each time you get it done – get a hair spa range (loreal has one ) – link -https://makeupandbeauty.com/l%E2%80%99oreal-hair-spa-smoothing-creambath-review/ which may come to your rescue.Try swarzkopf ,matrix too – they are pretty budget friendly and delivers good results. hope this helps.

  4. hey, hair spa is good for all kind of hairs. but still invest in good shampoo and conditioners with guidance of derma or trichologist. it will definitely benefit u for a long run.
