I had picked up a few shades from the recently-launched Hard Candy Cheeky Tints Sheer Blush Gels. I have already reviewed the shades “Surfer Babe” and “Diva.” And today, I am reviewing the shade “Geisha” for you all. Read on to find out more details about this blush gel.

A water-light gel blush that has all day staying power. Incredibly easy to blend, mistake-proof formula, gives a sheer wash of color for a truly natural flush.

Directions To Use:
Apply to cheeks using fingertips.

My Experience with Hard Candy Cheeky Tints Geisha Sheer Blush Gels:

Packaging: The blush comes in a cute little pink-red tube packaging which matches the shade of the actual blush. It has a flip top cap which shuts quite tightly and hence there is no danger of the cap coming off accidentally. The top has a tiny hole to dispense the product.

The tube is quite small but since you only need a very tiny amount of the product, it should last for a while. The packaging is attractive as well as sturdy.

Color and Pigmentation:  “Geisha” is a gorgeous red shade. It looks quite dark out of the tube; but sheers out after blending into a beautiful red stain. You can increase the intensity of the stain by layering.

Texture/Finish/Lasting Power:  The blush has a lightweight gel-like texture – it is not too runny nor is it creamy and thick. It blends quite easily and without much effort.

Since this is a stain, it sheers out quite well and you are left with a lovely color on your skin which looks like a natural flush. You need to be careful with the amount you are applying as it is difficult to undo any mistake. You can apply the blush with fingers or use a brush.

The color is long lasting and stays on for almost the whole day.

I would definitely recommend you to try out this blush as it has a pretty good formula. I will not repurchase the exact shade but I do have a few more shades from this range.
