I have been on a makeup shopping spree lately, especially Hard Candy makeup. Thanks to the unavailability of this brand in India, every time I pass by the Hard Candy aisle, I get tempted to get a few products to try out. After the Hard Candy Innovation Tip Liner, I would like to share my experiences about the Hard Candy Fierce Effects Lipstick in the shade “Nudist.”

My Experience with Hard Candy Nudist Fierce Effects Lipstick:
Lipstick is one of first makeup product I used from my mother’s makeup stash. Like all moms, she never let me use lipstick but I was always successful stealing a couple of lipsticks when she was not around. And my love for lipstick has not subsided since then 😛
Packaging: Can we take a minute here and admire the gorgeous packaging of this lipstick! This lipstick has a matte black body with shiny silver dots on the cap that look like diamonds. The top of the cover is colour coded to the lipstick bullet. The lipstick bullet swirls up effortlessly and does not stick to the tube itself. The shade name is mentioned at the bottom of the lipstick. The best thing is that the lipstick cap shuts with a secure click sound. All in all, a very sturdy and super attractive packaging.
Color: The colour of this lipstick is such a pretty n*de colour with neutral undertones. It’s just that perfect MLBB shade that’s so appropriate for any time of the year. This lipstick shade is really subjective, but I would still say that this particular shade is for fair to medium complexions.
Texture: This lipstick has a very smooth and creamy texture and applies like butter on the lips, which is splendid! The texture is not as dry and patchy at all. In fact, it feels comparatively quite comfortable on the lips, but I would suggest beauties with extremely dry and chapped lips (like me) to apply a lip balm prior to this lipstick so that there’s no tugging or pulling. This lipstick does not contain any shimmer, thank goodness! I totally despise lipsticks with a frost finish or shimmers.
Pigmentation: The pigmentation of this Hard Candy Fierce Effects Lipstick in Nudist is bang on!! One swipe of this lipstick gives considerable amount of coverage. The best thing about this lipstick is that it is buildable without getting patchy or feeling heavy. Since it is a creamy formulation, it does transfer a bit, but that’s totally okay.
Longevity: I was a firm believer that only matte lipsticks are long lasting, but this baby has changed my perception totally. In spite of its very creamy-ish glossy finish, it lasts on the lips for at least 5 to 6 hours with a little bit of snacks and beverages. It also leaves a tint behind which I really enjoy, so impressive!!
Quality: The overall quality of the Hard Candy Fierce Effects Lipsticks is astounding. It is no less than any high-end lipsticks. I mean, if Gucci, MAC or Shiseido came up with the same formulation of the lipstick, I would not be astonished. People would love it very much and pay more than thrice the amount for the same thing. All in all, I am totally satisfied with this lipstick.

Would I Recommend/Repurchase Hard Candy Nudist Fierce Effects Lipstick?
I totally recommend this line of lipsticks by Hard Candy to everyone. If you have never tried Hard Candy lipsticks before, please do it now. This brand needs a lot more recognition and love than what it receives. I am not sure if everyone is going to like this shade, but it’s no harm experimenting, right? You can pick up this affordable lipstick and try it out for the colour. I totally love it and shall sure repurchase it if I ever run out of it.
