I have been using Herbal Essences products since I was 16 after my cousin introduced this brand to me. I bought this “Hydralicious” range as it looks all fruity and citrusy and what could be better than that for summers? I have reviewed the shampoo from the Hydralicious range here and in this post, I would be reviewing the conditioner from the same range.

My Experience with Herbal Essences Hydralicious and Volume Boost Conditioner:
The packaging of this conditioner is the best thing about – it comes in a gorgeous white bottle with a green cap. The bottle is pretty travel-friendly since there will be no issue of leakage, but the bottle is big, so I wouldn’t really like to carry it for travels. The quantity is pretty huge too and the price is also reasonable.
The shampoo is white in colour, just like the bottle. Along with the packaging, the best part about this is also the smell. Herbal Essences products are famous for their scents and this conditioner is no exception. Also, the scent lasts all day long in the hair too. It feels light on my hair and does not irritate the scalp at all.
This conditioner works in the same way as all other Herbal Essences conditioners. It makes my hair soft and smooth. as usual like the other variants and makes my hair very soft and smooth. My hair is usually dry and this conditioner brings a lot of hydration to my hair, and my tresses do not feel frizzy. It also makes my hair shine and hair color also looks better.
This conditioner is easy to wash off and you just need to keep it in your hair for a minute or so. Coming to the volume aspect – it does add a natural bounce to my hair. The volume is not extraordinary, but it will give your hair a nice lift. Here’s one thing I have noticed about this conditioner is that if you keep it for more than 2 minutes, it will harden the hair a bit, so I wash it before 2 minutes. Overall, a nice conditioner for regular use.

- Contains a lot of chemicals.
- Works like the other variants.
Would I Repurchase/Recommend Herbal Essences Hydralicious and Volume Boost Conditioner?
It worked as a nice conditioner but it does not do anything extra-ordinary. But I have a soft corner towards herbal essences, so yeah I liked it!
