I have been always a lip balm hoarder and there are lip balms strewn all over. I have at least one lip balm lying in my bags and I tend to lose them too. I bought some again, from Himalaya. I’ve loved the strawberry shine one a lot so I did not mind getting back to Himalaya. So let’s get to the review of this baby.
Price: 25 INR for 4.5g

My Experience with Himalaya Rich Cocoa Butter Lip Care:
These lip balms are twist up forms which makes application super easy. The swivel mechanism is improved and very efficient indeed. Because the former packaging was kinda flimsy and the stick used to swivel back during every application. Good they’ve improved it. The brown colored cap shuts tightly with a very satisfying click. Very travel friendly indeed.
The lip balm stick is brown colored; but it turned out to be transparent on lips. I was expecting a hint of brown, sadly it did not deliver that. It smells of cocoa butter. Very heavenly! If you’re not a fan of such sweet scents then you’re not gonna love this.
The texture of this lip balm is a bit on the heavier side. But it is not sticky or waxy at all. Neither does it feel heavy on lips nor does irritate. The texture adds to the longevity. It lasts for about 2.5-3 hours with some sipping of water in-between. Even Baby Lips don’t last on me for long but this does. On the darker side I couldn’t find the ingredient list at all; odd. Most importantly these are so good in nourishing the lips, trust me. My chapped lips were gone in two days! My lips were left soft and smooth too. Love love love this 😀
Pros of Himalaya Rich Cocoa Butter Lip Care:
• Improved packaging.
• Cap shuts tightly thus travel-friendly.
• Enriched with cocoa butter.
• Nice aroma of cocoa butter.
• Lasting power is pretty good.
• Nourished lips very well.
• Almost healed chapped lips.
• Made my lips soft and smooth.
• Pocket friendly.
Cons of Himalaya Rich Cocoa Butter Lip Care:
• Ingredient list isn’t available.
IMBB Rating: 4.95/5
