Today’s review is about H&M Brow Shaping Brush.
For applying liquid and cream lip products, lipsticks, cream eye shadows and eye primers. Synthetic hair.
My Experience with H&M Brow Shaping Brush:
The brush comes in a black plastic zip locked packaging. The packaging is very basic and I would not recommend reusing the cover. It will tear off after few uses and also, the bristles feather out every time you pull it out of the packaging.
The brush itself is black in color and the bristles are in brown. The ferrule is matte black and the handle is glossy black. On the handle, one can see the brand logo and also, the kind of brush it is. It is all embossed in golden colour. The handle is sturdy and easy to work with. Over the period of time, the handle may look dull due to wear and tear. But as we all know, the most important part is the bristles.
The brush so much reminds me of bottle cleaning brush. Read on to know how similar it is to a bottle or pipe cleaning brush. The bristles are quite hard. I own other eyebrow shaping brushes and they are so soft to the skin. The hairs on eyebrows are so faint and easily guidable and do not need hard bristles. But, the brush does comb the eyebrows in shape. I used it light handed else, it would have irritated or scratched the skin underneath the eyebrows.
I find that the brush is not the best, but can do the job. If you do not want to spend more money on eyebrow brush, then this is fine to work with. I would still prefer using a cleaned mascara brush over this.
One more thing I noticed was the direction of the bristles. All the bristles are faced in one direction. In my all other eyebrow brushes, the bristles are piled such that, I can use in any direction and it works. This was something funny and wanted to mention it. So, you need to make sure to hold the brush correctly while taming the brows.
Since it is synthetic, it is easy to maintain. One can just wash it with some shampoo and air dry it.
Overall, I did not like the performance of it and would not suggest it to anyone. it’s not a good brow shaping brush. The craftsmanship is not at all to the mark. The quality of the bristles is also not good.

Cons of H&M Brow Shaping Brush:
