My Experience with Holika Holika Cucumber Pure Essence Mask Sheet:
These masks have the cutest packaging. They come in super bright colours and look very pretty. This range by Holika Holika is called “Pure Essence” and it comes in 10 variants. I picked up all 10 variants because I’m crazy! The packaging is sleek and convenient to use.
The mask is a cotton sheet mask with cut outs for eyes, nose and lips. The mask fits well, it’s a thin cotton sheet mask. The sheet mask has a lot of moisture to it. The mask is dripping wet in serum. The serum has a liquidy gel-like consistency and feels slightly sticky but is not bothersome.
The mask smells nice and pleasant. The mask sits comfortably on the skin and feels cool. There’s no irritation when I had this mask on and it doesn’t fall off the face as the mask dries. I kept the mask for 30 minutes though the pack says you should keep it for 10-20 minutes and yet the mask wasn’t completely dry. Anyway, after 30 minutes, I took the mask off and then let the liquid on my face sit for some time more. Then, I washed my face with room temperature water.
I used this mask chilled because sheet masks give best results when they are kept in refrigerator. This mask hydrates skin and calms down the skin. It adds moisture and refreshes my skin. My skin looks nourished and healthy. It adds a nice glow to my face and makes it super soft.
