My Experience with Holika Holika Pure Essence Mask Sheet Lemon:

Holika Holika sheet masks have the cutest packaging of all sheet masks I own. They come in super bright colours and look very pretty. This mask comes in a bright yellow coloured packaging and has lemon slices portrayed on the front. The back has all other details about the mask. This range is called ‘Pure Essence’ and it comes in 10 variants.

I picked up all 10 because I’m crazy like that. The packaging is sleek and convenient to use. The mask smells nice and pleasant. The mask sits comfortably on the skin and feels cool on the skin. There’s no irritation when I had this mask on the skin and it didn’t fall off the face as it dried.

I kept the mask for 30 minutes, though the pack says you should keep it for 10-20 minutes. Yet the mask wasn’t completely dry. Anyway, after 30 minutes, I took the mask off and then let the liquid on my face sit for some more time. Then, I washed my face with room temperature water. The mask is a cotton sheet mask with cut outs for eyes nose and lips.

The mask fits well and is a thin cotton sheet mask. The sheet mask has a lot of moisture to it. The mask is dripping wet in serum. The serum has a liquid, gel-like consistency to it. It feels slightly sticky but not bothersome. Lemon is a natural exfoliator and helps in brightening the skin. It revitalises the skin, too.

I used this mask chilled because I read that sheet masks give best results when refrigerated. This mask hydrates your skin and cools down the skin. This mask added moisture back to my skin and refreshed it. My skin looked nourished and healthy. It also added a nice glow to my face and made my skin super soft.
