Home Made Cream for Cracked Heels
Hi everyone,

Today I shall be writing on the easiest and the most effective home made cracked heels remedy. Since childhood, I have taken extra care of my feet, I always wear socks and go out and even in the house I am never without slippers still I managed to get ugly cracks. No cream was able to heal them until my grand ma told me of this simple home made cream or wax. I thought of sharing the same with you all. Lets get started.
Things needed:
Left over wax pieces

( I am sure post diwali you would have loads of it)
Steel plate ( small)
Procedure:
Put the leftover wax pieces in a small steel plate. Add mustard oil to it upto the rim and put the mixture over a tawa.
There is no need to melt it completely in one go, too much heat will not be good for our cream. You have to melt the same in 2-3 days time.
Once that is done, for one complete week, the mixture needs to be kept on tawa post making chapattis thrice a day. The tawa is quite hot and that much heat is enough for the mixture.
Simple, your own home made cracked heel cream is ready.
I have been using it past 10 days and I can see a remarkable difference, my cracks have started to heel and the heels also feel softer.

but candle colors can be toxic for humans especially kids. u get liquid paraffin wax in the medical store. its cheap and works beautifully for cracked heels…
just apply gycerine without mixing with water or any other carrier ..u will notice a difference in 2 days in severe conditions even…my heels used to bleed and in two days there is a remarkable difference

don’t use leftover colored wax from candles..you don’t know th source or whether the colors contain lead or not..buy desi mome or beeswax or paraffin wax from chemist. i make one with sesame oil 50ml with 2-3 gm of camphor and desi mome.last for ages…..
look very interesting but i am little scared to fill my heels with wax i donno y π
