Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar can treat hand eczema. Apple cider vinegar contains antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which can soothe inflammation on the skin and also prevent itching. In order to treat hand eczema, take apple cider vinegar and mix it with an equal amount of water. Apply this on the affected skin using a cotton ball and wash off with water later.

Tea tree oil

Regular application of tea tree oil on eczema can help you get rid of it. Tea tree oil contains antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, which can kill bacteria easily. Take some tea tree oil and apply on eczema-affected skin using a cotton ball. Wash off with water after some time. Repeat this remedy 2-3 times a day.

Olive oil therapy

Olive oil contains antibacterial properties which can reduce itching. Also, the omega 3 fatty acids in olive oil reduce inflammation. Take some warm olive oil and apply on the affected area. Repeat this remedy twice or thrice to get rid of hand eczema.

Magnesium baths

Some people can’t tolerate soaking in water while suffering from eczema. But those who can tolerate should surely opt for magnesium bath. Take 1 cup of magnesium salt and add ½ cup of Himalayan salt to it. Add this mixture to lukewarm water and soak your hands in it for some time. It is believed that magnesium can heal eczema easily. Opt for magnesium baths for 2-3 days and check the difference.

Baking soda

Baking soda is another easy way to treat hand eczema. Baking soda cleanses your skin deeply and also treats skin infection easily. Take 2-3 spoons of baking soda, add it to some water and create a mixture. Apply this mixture on the hands. Allow it to dry and wash off with water. The application of this baking soda mask can relieves itching on the skin easily.

Pure aloe vera gel

The application of pure aloe vera gel is another easy way to treat hand eczema. Aloe vera gel contains healing compounds and anti-inflammatory properties which prove beneficial in treating hand eczema. Massage your hands with pure aloe vera gel. Apply this gel 2-3 times a day and wash off with cold water after some time.

Consume fish oil supplements

Fish oil contains a large amount of omega 3 fatty acids, which can treat eczema easily. You should be consuming 3-8 grams of fish oil on a regular basis. The market it loaded with fish oil supplements these days and you can easily find an apt option. Apart from this, consuming sardines, salmon, tuna or mackerel is also a good idea.
