Homemade Body Polisher for Soft and Glowing Skin

Homemade Body Polisher for Soft and Glowing Skin

Hello everyone,

I hope you all are doing great. I am writing after such a long gap, but I always make share to check IMBB twice or thrice a day. My day is incomplete without reading the amazing posts 🙂 Apart from sleeping and feeling lazy all the time, I also utilize weekends in trying various DIY’s. My busy schedule doesn’t give me much time to prepare face packs or scrubs at home, so I mostly use the beauty products which are available in the market. But on weekends, I make sure that I use only home-made organic packs/masks/scrubs.

Today, I am going to share one of my favourite body scrubs.  We all love smooth and soft hands and legs. There are many body scrubs/polishers already available in the market, but all those scrubs, containing a long list of scary chemicals can never replace these organic home-made scrubs.

So, without wasting any more time, I am quickly going to tell you the ingredients which are required in the scrub and its procedure.

Ingredients Required:

  • 1 tbsp red lentils.
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard.

Step 1:  Put Red Lentils, Yellow Mustard, Oats and Almonds in a grinder and grind it for 25-30 seconds.
