I have been trying a bunch of different homemade DIYS. I love to make things on my own. I like to see and control, what is going on with my skin and hair. I still try out face products but I am such a baby, when it comes to applying something on my hair other than home made or ayurvedic products. I am really scared of the consequences, so I stick to my shampoo and conditioner routine only. I saw a similar DIY on pintrest and was excited to try out, so here is how it went!
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk.
- 1/2 cup Distilled water.
- Vitamin E oil.
- Few drops Lavender essential oil.
I used about half a cup of coconut milk and half a cup of distilled water. I suggest making little batches, so that you can finish it off within a week or so and then make a fresh batch for the next week.
Take 1 or 2 capsules of vitamin E oil and add to the mixture.
Lastly add a few drops of Lavender oil or any essential oil to the mixture.
Give everything a nice mix and store it in a little plastic bottle.
Use 1-2 spritz of it onto your damp hair after shower if you have short to medium hair or 3-4 spritz if you have long hair.
Benefits of Coconut Milk:
- Nourishes the scalp and prevents hair loss.
- Moisturizes the scalp and hair.
- Aids hair growth.
- It is known as a great natural conditioner for the hair.
- It also prevents baldness.
Benefits of Vitamin E Oil:
- Promotes hair growth.
- Strengthens the hair and prevents breakage.
- Prevents split ends.
- Prevents graying and keeps your hair healthy.

Seems very interesting have to give it try 🙂 Thanks 🙂
I never use commercial leave in conditioners as I’m afraid of harsh chemicals but I can blindly apply this one as its natural and pure! Great DIY 🙂
