Procedure:
To steam your face you can use a face steamer, or for an alternative take a plastic vessel and fill it with hot water. Now, cut and open a green teabag and empty the content into the hot water. Lean your face over the vessel and put a towel on your head making like a tent shape. Be very careful as the hot water can burn your face. You can also put rose petals or lavender, rosemary essential oils to maximize the effect. Take steam for at least 10-15 minutes. Then, wash your face with cold water.
