Sweating is a real life problem which can be very embarrassing and troublesome especially in public. Hormonal changes, genetic factors, diet, and lifestyle plays a major role in sweating issues. Most people not only suffer from heavy underarm sweating but some even experience forehead and facial sweating.
Here we bring you some easy tips which will prevent excessive forehead sweating.

1. Use Some Tomato:

Tomato can prove to be amazing when it comes to dealing with facial or forehead sweating. Drinking fresh tomato juice can help in reducing the risk of production of sweat on the face. Tomato contains a high amount of Vitamin C and folic acid which can help in reducing the sweat. You can also apply tomato juice on the forehead. Allow it to dry and wash off with water.

2. Only Coconut Oil Magic:

Due to lauric acid found in the coconut oil, it helps to kill the bacteria and also helps in dealing with excessive sweat on the forehead. In order to treat sweaty forehead and face, apply some coconut oil on it. Leave it overnight and rinse off with cold water. You can also add some shea butter to coconut oil and then apply on the forehead.

Using aloe vera gel is another effective way to control forehead sweating. This miracle plant controls the sweat and also helps to keep your skin supple all the time. It gives a nice cooling effect and also prevents your forehead from getting tanned. Scoop out fresh aloe vera gel and rub on the forehead. Wash off with water.

The results of using a vinegar and honey mixture on the forehead are beyond awesome! You should mix 3 spoons of apple cider vinegar with equal amount of honey and apply on the face and forehead. Make a thick paste and apply on the forehead. Wash off with lukewarm water.

Lemon is extremely useful when it comes to soaking forehead sweat. Due to natural oil-absorbing properties in the lemon, it can help to keep your skin sweat free always. Take some lemon and squeeze out the juice. Apply the juice on the forehead and wash off with cold water. 8. Wheatgrass:

Juice extracted from wheatgrass is another easy home remedy that can help to soak the sweat from forehead. Boil some wheat grass in water and allow the water to cool down. Now apply the wheatgrass water on your forehead using a cotton ball. Allow it to dry on its own and wash off with water. Wheatgrass is a source of Vitamin C and Vitamin B12 which play a major role in controlling sweat.
