Lavender oil will not only help you get rid of those pesky scars, but will also prevent them from reappearing in the future. You can massage lavender oil onto the affected area of skin with keloid scars at least 3-4 times a day. Be consistent with this and it will surely be of great help.

Apple Cider Vinegar:
Apple cider vinegar helps to minimize the size and redness of the scar. Apply apple cider vinegar directly on the affected area and gently massage it in. Do it multiple times a day to see the benefits.

Tea Tree Oil:
Tea tree oil has various antiseptic properties and can be really helpful in removal of keloid scars. Rub the oil directly on the keloid for a few minutes and then wash off the area with water. Try to repeat at least twice a day.

Baking Soda:
Mix some baking soda with either some hydrogen peroxide or honey to make a consistent paste. Use the paste to cover the patch of skin with keloid. Do it regularly once a day.
