Fun Tropical Look
Hello dear IMBB beauties,
This is my second entry. So for this, I have done a bright coral and blue tropical look. This look is inspired by summer, sand and cocktails!!!
Here’s the look:
So here we go.
I have used the following things:
For Face:
1. MAC Studio Finish Cocealer
2. MUFE Invisible HD foundation
3. MAC Mineralise Skinfinish Natural in Dark
4. Maxfactor Cream Blush in Soft Candy
For eyes:
1. Inglot Lipstick Red
2. MAC Eye shadow “Expensive Pink”
3. Turquoise colour from the Faces Sparkle Dust Stack
4. Gold colour e/s from Maybelline Quad “Give me Gold”
5. Chambor Eye Kohl Pencil in “Guacamole”
6. Colorbar I-define Pencil in “Desert Glow”
7. Revlon Double Twist Mascara
For Lips:
1. Smashbox Lip gloss in “Lustre”
Let’s start:
1. I have concealed my under eye area and primed my lids with MAC Cream Colour Base in Hush, topped off with compact powder.
2. Apply red lipstick as a base all over the lid. You can also use Cream Colour base or Cream Blush. If you want to use lipstick, take care not to use a lipstick with plumping or long stay properties.
3. Fill the inner half of the lid with a shimmery coral/peachy eye shadow. I have used MAC Expensive Pink.
4. Fill in the outer half with a turquoise eye shadow.
5. Next, take a gold/shimmery yellow eyeshaodw and apply it in the crease. Use the same shadow to blend in the coral and blue colours.
6. Blend, blend, blend and then blend some more!!! I have applied MAC Shroom to highlight the brow bone.
7. Next line the upper and lower lash line with a turquoise liner. Add a little gold liner in the inner half of the lower lash line.
8. Curled my lashes and applied Mascara. Here are both the eyes:
9. I have applied the coral-red cream blush from Maxfactor on the cheeks. I have finished the look with a almost-clear gloss on the lips.

This look can be worn for poolside/beach parties. It’s better worn in the daytime. Bright colours look so gorgeous in summer, don’t they?

I do set my Cream colour base with compact.. Actually the intese heat is melting my CCB… In winters I didn’t need to set it.. But in summers i do.. Once set with powder though, it doesn’t budge at all,…
Although if you are using a coloured base, setting with powder may take away some colour, so try it out…

i did it and the end result was lovely….I’d used cream eyeshadow and set it with my powder eyeshadow….my eyeshadow never shows on my eyes. :whistle: ..yet if you swatch it it gives pretty colour…but when i use this technique…it came out so bright :puchhi: …that I’ve to remove it. 😥 😥 😥 ..coz its my exam study time and i mom sees it she will kill me for not studing :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: bt :thanks: :thanks: :thanks: :thanks: :thanks:
