best – the neutrogena 1 had such an adverse effect that i didn’t dare try any other this year 🙁

Worst : Oriflame seeing
I tried the Fair and Lovely serum and it was pretty decent but since I have oily skin and was looking for something to treat puffiness and not dark circles, I switched to Living Proof Cell Relift eye gel. It stings terribly if it gets in my eye but it’s surprisingly good. Doesn’t make my lids any more oily, the gel soothes well and the puffiness is significantly less.
