While we have a lot of homemade recipes for body scrubs, there are a few products that are actually effective and hassle-free. I wanted a body scrub and I came across this product from Inecto. Today’s review is about Inecto Naturals Coconut Body Scrub. So, read on to know more.

My Experience with Inecto Naturals Coconut Body Scrub:
The Body Scrub comes in a tube with a brown screw cap. The cap can be secured tightly and hence, the product is travel-friendly. The body scrub is white in color and contains a lot of granules. It has a rich fragrance of coconuts and is certainly awesome! The body scrub has to be applied on the damp skin because when I applied it on my dry skin, it got dried and left a patchy residue.
The granules are coarse, harder and thus, it is unsuitable for the face. The scrub can be a little coarse when applied to the body and thus, women with sensitive skin can feel a little tingling sensation and redness. Hence, it is not suitable for sensitive areas also. The body scrub effectively removes dryness and dry flakes. The scrub can also be used for dry feet and it works great as well. It helps to get rid of the ingrown hairs and is very effective in keeping them at bay.
The granules are made of pumice and thus, it can help in treating the toughest of dry skin and can also be used to soothe the feet. The product contains glycerine as the third ingredient and thus, it provides soft, smooth skin. While applying the body lotion, it feels like spreading a creamy lotion with pumice granules. The product can easily be rinsed off with water. By doing so, the skin feels very soft, smooth and supple.
Following up with a moisturiser can be skipped as the body scrub hydrates the skin effectively. Even though the product claims to be a coconut scrub, the main ingredient is somewhere at the end and this is such a disappointment! The scrub also contains SLS and I really don’t understand, why a company that promotes natural products has SLS in it. The product is vegan; not tested on animals and is made of 90% natural ingredients and thus, it is definitely a good purchase. Also, if you love coconut smell, try it out!
