Recently, I purchased a few products from Inecto and most of them are hair care products. I liked the Argan and Coconut shampoos very much that I couldn’t resist buying them. So, today’s review is about Inecto Naturals Super Nourishing Coconut Shampoo.

My Experience with Inecto Naturals Super Nourishing Coconut Shampoo:
The shampoo comes in a white bottle with a brown cap. You can unscrew it or flip it. The bottle is bulky but, there is no leakage. The consistency of the shampoo is transparent, gel-like and has a runny texture. The shampoo has a rich smell of coconuts and is amazing. It feels like, I am in a tropical environment. Indeed, the smell is strong and lingers for a while. If you have dry and dull hair, this is a worth buying product.
The shampoo lathers well and effectively removes oil and dirt. You can instantly feel the bounce in your hair after using this shampoo. The shampoo makes your hair incredibly smooth and to be honest, I have never felt my hair this smoother for a very long time. But, the smoothness prevails till the mid-level and my hair is very silky near the scalp.
Towards the length of the hair, there is not much difference except that my hair feels a bit softer and nourished. The shampoo doesn’t remove tangles and you need a serum or a conditioner to smoothen out the tangles as combing can be stressful! The shampoo intensively nourishes and hydrates the hair. My hair was smooth and soft for 3 days straight and I am sure it would go longer.
As it claims, the shampoo reduces frizz to a great extent. My flyaway hair was so smooth and I could just tame it without any additional product. If you have an oily scalp, the shampoo will not do any justice to your hair. My hair turned oilier by the end of the day and when I woke up the next morning, I felt that I needed a wash! I didn’t wash my hair for 3 days and it looked like my hair was oiled and dirty. To top it off, I felt an itchy scalp and it was a complete disaster.
Even without a conditioner, the shampoo smoothened my hair that my hair looked so limp. I already have fine hair and this product made it limper and it was definitely not flaunt-able like what the company claims! The product contains SLS and like I have mentioned in my previous posts, the coconut is at the bottom of the ingredient list. The product might be great for women with dry hair but for someone who has an oily scalp, this product won’t work at all!

- Doesn’t resist tangle formation.
- Itchy scalp on the second day.
- Makes hair limp.
- Contains SLS.

Will I Recommend/Repurchase Inecto Naturals Super Nourishing Coconut Shampoo?
I am already planning to toss this bottle to somebody. So, repurchasing is not even in my thought! I would recommend it if you have dry scalp and hair.
