Hello beautiful ladies,
Today I will be reviewing shade number 28 from Inglot Freedom System Lipsticks. This is my second refill from inglot. The previous one I reviewed was shade number 36, and as you all saw it was a disaster for me. I bought three of these together, 28, 36 and 38. All three colors belong to different color family. 28 is a shade of deep red, while 36 is a shade of lavender pink and 38 is a beautiful shade of orange.
Product quantity: 1.2 g
Price: INR 300 but as it was on discount I got it for INR 210
Packaging: These refills come in a small plastic packaging which has a flip open lid. The packaging is made such that it keeps the lipstick secure even if it is stored without a palette. It can be easily opened for use and closed after use.
I always wanted to get a palette to store these and so I brought a palette that can hold 5 of these. I am really impressed by the way it looks. It’s a simple black palette with a thick plastic transparent lid with INGLOT written all over the lid. The best part of the palette lies in the magnets it has. Unlike other palettes, it has strong magnets on all the four corners which keep the lid intact until opened tactfully. The palette cannot be opened by pulling off the lid vertically; instead it has to be slide horizontally to open it. The strong magnets even help to stack different Inglot palettes onto each other which makes them really travel friendly.
Ingredients: Nothing is mentioned about the ingredients except the fact that they are free from parabens.
• Paraben free formula

My take on Inglot Freedom System Lipstick Refill #28
28 seems to be a shade of maroonish red when seen in the pan, and I liked it that way, but when I applied it, it came to be more of a pinky tone red on the lips which made me love the color. The color is amazingly pigmented; a small amount makes your lips super bright. Like all the inglot lipsticks even this one is super soft, it glides on smoothly on the lips even without applying any lip balm underneath. These lipsticks do not dry my lips in normal days, but sometimes when my lips feel super dry, I apply a lip balm underneath to avoid drying. Shade number 28 is shimmer free and thus is ideal for day time, but as it is glossy and adds a pop of color to lips, so it can also be used for dinners or night parties.
Pros of Inglot Freedom System Lipstick Refill #28:
• Super creamy texture
• Does not dry lips
• Comes in a huge variety of shades
• Can be stored with or without palettes
• Does not have a weird smell (they do have a scent to them, but that does not bother me much)
• Does not feel sticky
• Easy and smooth to apply
• Paraben free
• Not tested on animals
Cons of Inglot Freedom System Lipstick Refill #28:
• No names for colors, which makes it really difficult to remember to recognize the colors
• A brush is required to apply them (that’s not a con if you can apply your lipstick with your finger, but I personally avoid it due to hygiene reasons). I am still fine with this as I love them so much.
Would I buy Inglot Freedom System Lipstick Refill #28 again?
Not this color, but yes I will buy them again, and this time I will not order them online (as I did with my present colors), I will go and explore the shades by swatching them.
Do I recommend Inglot Freedom System Lipstick Refill #28?
Yes! Yes! Yes! If you love lip colors, they are a must have.
